Mr. Santosh Prabhuappa Banale began his professional career with leading multinational organizations from the United States, Germany, and Japan. His early career provided him with strong exposure to global engineering practices, structured systems, advanced technology, and international work culture. 

He worked with reputed companies including: 

• Cummins India, Pune – Global leader in diesel engine manufacturing
• Krupp Industries, Pune – German heavy engineering company involved in cement plants, boilers, and industrial machinery
• Sharp India, Pune (Kalyani Group) – Leading Japanese consumer electronics company where he was trained in Japan and headed the PCB Assembly Department

Working with these global organizations helped him develop strong expertise in technology, management practices, team leadership, and international business culture. 

Entrepreneurial Journey 

In 1995, under the guidance of his father late Mr. P. R. Banale, a renowned electrical consultant and former Chief Engineer at the Maharashtra State Electricity Board, Mr. Santosh P. Banale established his own business as a distributor and service provider for global engineering brands. 

The company represented several leading international brands such as: 

• Bosch (Germany) 
• Black & Decker (USA) 
• Hitachi (Japan) 
• 3M (USA) 
• Indelec (France) 
• Dehn (Germany) 

Since 2004, he has successfully developed ELTECH Technologies, the brand offering a specialized & advanced lightning protection and earthing systems. 

The organization operates from its Head Office in Pune, with a branch office in Mumbai and associates across Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, and Kolkata.

Mr. Banale’s organization has successfully served several prestigious organizations including:
